Presales (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
As part of our team, you will work closely with our sales and technical team to provide the best possible service to potential customers. You will understand customer requirements, develop customized solutions and ensure that our customers are happy with our service.
- Advising potential customers on the IPTV streaming services offered, including analyzing their requirements and providing customized solution proposals
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential customers to illustrate the features and benefits of the solutions offered
- Preparation of offers and cost estimates based on customer requirements and the services offered
- Providing technical support and advice to customers on the integration and implementation of the solutions into their existing infrastructure
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, identify sales opportunities and jointly offer the best possible solutions
- Conducting training for internal employees and external partners and customers to improve understanding of the products and solutions offered
- Provide support and technical assistance to customers throughout the sales and implementation process to ensure smooth integration of solutions

- Industry knowledge: Understanding the specific requirements and challenges in the target industries in order to be able to offer customized solutions
- Technical understanding: Good knowledge of TV signal technologies, network and IT infrastructure and integration of solutions into existing systems
- Consulting skills: ability to analyze customer requirements, carry out requirements analyses and provide sound advice on the selection of suitable solutions
- Communication skills: ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and convincingly, both in face-to-face meetings and in presentations to larger groups
- Communication skills: Communicate clearly and convincingly with customers, sales teams and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and present solutions effectively
- Analytical skills: Ability to assess customer needs and use data to make informed decisions and customize solutions
